With the cold weather fast approaching, don't forget to check your heat tape around your water inlet to your home. If you live in a mobile home, you especially need to be aware that your heat tape is working or you have plenty of  insulation around your water source.

What a mess it would be to wake up on a cold morning to find your water frozen and your pipes have burst!
